Bison are the only animal that does not
get cancer. Is NON ALERGENIC to humans,
70% to 90% less fat. An average of
50% less cholesterol and 30% higher protein
with less calories. Bison are very high
in the essential fatty acids and have an
excellent ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 acids
and contain more CLA (conjugated linoleic
acid. Bison meat can reduce LDL cholesterol
by as much as 40- 45 % over a 6 month period

For ease of shipping, we ask that you
please order a 10 lb. minimum of each
cut.
Shipping and handling will be calculated
at time of order. All meat is vacuum-packed
and frozen fresh at our USDA inspected
processing plant. Depending on weather
conditions, frozen meat is carefully
packed in dry ice or gel packs to insure
your meat remains frozen. We receive
a 30-25% discount on Fed Ex shipments
due to our shipping volume and that
is passed on to you. |
